Training for Polymedco Sales Representatives includes the following:
Week One: Comprehensive Technical Training in NY Office. The first week of training includes classroom education on products and instrumentation, hands on laboratory training, and live demonstrations.
Week Two: In-Field ride-along with Sales Manager. Our new hires will have the wonderful opportunity to shadow a sales rep or manager in the field for an entire week. This will provide a great basis for our new employees to not only hear, but also see some of our best sales people in action.
Week Three: Comprehensive Sales Training in Chicago Office. This week includes a review of Week One and Week Two training, perfecting the sales presentation, developing the sales territory, role playing, and objection handling.
Week Four: Sales Manager ride-along with trainee in new hire territory. After three great weeks of training, our new hires will be able to showcase their newly honed skills in the field with the help, guidance and support of their manager. This will be an excellent week for new team members to begin to build their business, along with the assistance of a more seasoned associate.
