Customer Service: Customer Onboarding Specialist
Location: Cortland, NY
Position Summary:
Provide support and onboarding of custom kits, direct FIT mailings, and custom collateral to customers. Coordinate all aspects of company trade shows. General support to all customers and sales reps.
Essential Functions and Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs:
- Custom kit and direct FIT mailing creation and implementation, including but not limited to coordination of customer calls, USPS setup, item and kit configuration and setup, timely USPS problem resolution, collaboration with account, sales rep, materials management and production on orders and kit builds, follow up with sales rep and customer on trending and usage.
- Lead fulfillment - Data entry, mailing, tallying and reporting of leads generated from advertising and direct mailings
- Responsible for coordination of material to be shipped to new sales reps
- Distribute materials to sales reps as needed
- General marketing preparation of data and materials for management team
- Coordinate all aspects of special projects including mailings and informational binders
- Occasional travel
- Occasional “off hours” work (early AM, evening, weekend), when required
- Trade show coordination as primary and / or backup – responsible for space reservation, hotel reservations, ordering of necessary materials and equipment, shipping of equipment and following up to make sure equipment has been received back into the office
Additional Responsibilities:
- Responsible for neatness of work area plus care and operation of standard office equipment
- Assists in special projects as requested and other related duties as necessary.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associates Degree or a minimum of High School Diploma/GED with 3 years related business
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and Internet Explorer, Adobe suite
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and ability to be a team player
- Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities and detail oriented.
