Job Accountabilities

Polymedco is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to implement, plan, execute and optimize our digital marketing efforts through marketing automation. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and customer acquisition to drive revenue. Experience managing and working within marketing automation platforms is a must. This role will be responsible for Polymedco’s digital marketing efforts including owning our marketing automation platform (Hubspot), building and executing multi-channel digital campaigns, and monitoring success through analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Subject matter expert and owner of marketing automation platform (Hubspot)
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Skills/Experience

  • 3+ years experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experienced in managing marketing automation platform
  • Understanding and experience implementing lead generation/scoring campaigns
  • Market segmentation and lead generation campaign experience is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred
  • Experience with B2C, B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Experienced using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
  • Experience digital marketing in healthcare industry preferred
  • Demonstrated passion for all things marketing and technology
  • Well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how it can become a strong asset to securing and growing revenue.
